I tried to use a free video, but could not find one and thought maybe I would find it after I gave my crdit card info. I did not mean to sign up for a year membership and want my money back. Please let me know next steps.

Person never received card! I contacted him and he ssid it never arrived in his email. I also checked the jibjab website.

Site was easy to use. Easy to add photos. Easy to send but when recipient views video, faces were changed around and not the same as the original creation. Don't think it is worth the subscription fee. Will probs be closing account.

I paid for a year's subscription, and made my first video. Immediately after watching the video, I tried to make another video, and my login was denied. I emailed customer service, and the issue was not resolved after a week. So, I cancelled my subscription and asked for a refund.

Making the video was easy. I wanted to show the video at my volunteer group. I wanted to copy it to my lap top, so I can show it at our meeting. You guys don't let do that, or I just don't how to do it.

I had an issue with my membership billing. JibJab was excellent, researching the problem and clearing it up in one day. All companies should strive to have such good customer service!

This is a very clever ap to have and a fun way to send messages to friends. It's easy to use. The Customer service and support is prompt and courteous and helpful. This ap gets a "5" rating from me.

Loved picking out the perfect card. Not an easy task as there are sooo many to choose from! I also loved that it made my friend laugh too.

Great for fun occasion greetings. Everyone enjoyed.

I really liked my first experience sending a jib jab. But when I tried a week later the site was down. Disappointing.

A friend of mine is in rehab from a stroke. I sent him the Tango dance with he and his wife. She posted it on Facebook! It came out so cool.

I wanted to send my daughter a funny card for her 21st Birthday. (She is away at college.) I pulled up Jib Jab to look at what cards they had. I couldn't look at the selection until I signed up with Jib Jab. So I did. I could Not find anything that would be appropriate or even funny for a 21st Birthday. I am not satisfied with this subscription at all! It is a waste of money!

Email reply from customer support was very quick. The person at JibJab was very helpful. She was able to track down my account despite not giving her my account email (old email I no long use) and she was able to address my problem in a quick and efficient manner. I was ending my subscription and there nothing but professionalism on the part of the JibJab person who was working with me.

I joined JibJab for it's change of pace in ecards. It was easy and fun to make a card using faces from my photo file.

Cons - don't care for the lewd and crude pelvic thrusts and gassy projects

Would like to be able to edit facial shapes more than oval

Pros some are very cute, easy to use and cost is very reasonable

Great fun for people that receive the JibJab. Everyone really enjoys it. Ease of use, adding photos of friends and family to the characters and lively music themes.
