Bring back the older version of Jib Jab. The new platform sucks... used to be great now it's totally useless and sub par. No more Starring You Pictures, No more Starring You Profile Pictures, No more downloads... why on earth would Jib Jab Brothers take a great program and destroy it... someone gave bad advise to developers and turned a silk purse into a pigs ear... sad, very sad. Loyal member and user now, not at all.

I needed to cancel my service. I had some complications with my web service and jib jab actually cared and helped instead of saying "not our problem." They solved it.
Uncommon today. There was a real person on the other end of my key board. WooHoo!

Ive enjoyed the fun making of cards. Although, my fb friends, many, were unable to see the card when posted. Therefore, a refund was requested. Within a matter of days, the account team made contact, confirmation number of refund assigned. Im awaiting, time frame on return of cash.

Game pricing

I contacted Jib Jab with a query with regard to the price that my daughter was charged for a game. I was greeted with a friendly and very professional agent. The agent was totally helpful and made me feel valued by the company. He did everything that he could and he resolved my issue very quickly. It was a pleasure to deal with this company and I highly recommend and endorse a very trustworthy company.

Hilarious

Fun! I enjoy it and my friends and family get a kick out of watching it. It is great for birthdays, holidays and just everyday fun. It is easy to use. I get loads of laughs when I send it in a text, email and Facebook. You can private message it and get the App. It is fantastic fun. And, the customer service is great should you need it.

This site ROCKS

Love, love, love their cards, songs, etc. They are easy to do. They are fun to work with. Their customer support people are SUPER responsive and I really do enjoy their holiday cards. I have made Halloween Cards with family faces, and Christmas cards most especially, but they have lots of different ones to choose from and LOTS of songs to choose from. I really HIGHLY recommend this site.

I was very angry at being with my being auto renewed and not given an opportunity to see if I wanted to or not. I thought here goes another scam! I contacted them via email on their site and was able to correct the issue and even got an email the next day to make sure I was satisfied. I went from really disliking the company to being extremely happy and appreciative of them fixing the issue with no hassle. First rate indeed!
