Easy to create the video but JibJab failed to send it to the recipient scheduled for a later delivery. In realizing that, I had to forward the video myself. Very disappointed. Otherwise, it was well received, later.
Navigating the site is easy and putting it all together was fun. Watching the finished product was even better. The one thing I was a little disappointed in is that in order to download it as a video, you have to pay extra. You can send your video as a card, but in order to view it like a video I think you have to pay extra. Oh well, it's still fun and sending the video has a card isn't bad.
The face that I added to the video was suppose to be my grandson. But it was someone unknown to me. Usually I love what I can create. This was disappointing.

This app is fun to have. The website has more options for music videos. I wish there was a way to edit the faces you upload without having to delete & add another if the mouth doesn't line up. There's a plus side to the App that allows you to preview the video without having to download it. I still find this app a lot of fun.

Excellent communications. I have not used this format in the past and had a problem. The problem was resolved quickly and easily.
I had a great deal of fun with JibJab, but find that having sent numerous cards, I am not as active on the computer as I was. Not a slam at JibJab, just a change for me. I auto renewed my membership (and then realized it...) and asked if I could get a refund. I got it within 24 hours! Great service and a really humorous site to play on. If you have never used JibJAb, you might have a blast with it.
Now days customer service is a thing of the past. Not at Jib Jab! Best customer service I have experienced in a Coon's Age!

I was charged by auto renewal which I was not aware of so I sent in a request for a refund. Within 24 hrs I had a positive reply promising me a refund within a few days. I am very pleased with the professional way this has been dealt with.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
