I've been using JibJab a few months and have nothing but good things to say. I had one small glitch (not their fault, mine) and they resolved it quickly and very professionally. Well worth the money, and easy to use.

The site did not work. I was unable to utilize the service when I wanted to send a birthday greeting on May 13,2016. I cancelled my membership 10 minutes after I enrolled on May 13,2016.
I really like the great eCard theme selection, the scenes are created very well and funny. The photo upload and configuration process is very simple and easy to follow. While I typically use JibJab to send an eCard to someone, I recently found a new use for it. My daughter had a high school video assignment on the 1980s. She acted out several scenes with her boyfriend and sister in it. I took the "You're the one that I want" (from the movie Grease) JibJab eCard using their prom pictures, to work it perfectly into her school project video. It was hilarious, very entertaining and pleased to announce, she got an "A" on her project.

The site does not seem to be as good as it used to be. I have used it in the past and a have not for a couple years until last week. I would probably not use it again in all honesty.
I just registerd and sent my first greeting and the person doesn't recall receiving it, or possible deleted by accident - I went back into the site and there is no history of cards I sent so i can resend. If we pay for it we should have it saved?
I enjoyed this so very much. I spent the whole day. It is very easy.

I was a JibJab member two years ago and I loved all the videos I made! I got a great response from family and friends about how funny and creative the videos were. I let my membership lapse last year but I've re-upped and am back and making and sending out even funnier video cards. :) Thanks JibJab!
I sent it to Facebook and no one could see it but me. I sent it via email and they didn't receive it until I resent it a second time.
I did the "Rev up the Romance" video for a friend who was celebrating his 34th bday. I played it on a big screen tv for all attending the party. It was hilarious & a huge hit.
Creating the Jib Jab video was easy and the result was hysterical. I've gotten a lot of great feedback on it including from my friend, the birthday boy!
I was greatly amused by Jib Jab and the one I sent to my friends. I think in this world we live in today, Jib Jab is a bright spot in an otherwise very dull day.
Being able to create funny videos with photos of your family and friends is great.
Good experience with both I've done so far. Looking forward to doing more.
