I have to say that the experience is better, i enjoy. But i prefer that you upload more videos recently... for example the video of "Sorry" is perfect. But you need to include more... like Maroon 5, Miley Cyrus, etc.

I hope you'll add more videos for us...

Had a little hiccup on the rending. It wouldn't load, but once I reported the issue it was handled promptly.

I had difficulty with two areas. One- getting the mouth to align... though I love the ability to preview. Two uploading photos did not seem to give me much choice where to select from like Google photos. I was able to take a photo of a photo with the webcam... so I made that work. The recipient loved it. My son LOVES tequila and I was delighted that I could send him a card using his picture as character image to celebrate his birthday. The site was easy to navigate with no problems and I look forward to sending more cards to brighten up the days of friends & family.

First time user took us several attempts to get it right. Had to start over about 6-7times, but we are learning. Finished project was cute.

I believe the subscription should provide access to downloads with no additional charge for it.
Would be great to have option with more members than 5.

I was not able to change the pics or use more than one face. Not impressed.

Your technology is amazing... what a brilliant idea... but it is a bit tricky to finish a card... I had to start over many times.

I had some problems with my subscription withing two days they resolved my problem this is what i call excellent costumers service thanks you guys are the best

Sometimes the videos do not play. Only get blank space with exclamation point in the middle.

I can't move faces into the space provided, I've tried everything to understand this, not achieving a thing, please help.

I have used JibJab services for years. An issue presented itself and it was patiently and efficiently addressed. I will continue to use JibJab and hope they will use some more vintage music as not all of us are punkers. I am 67 and my family and friends get such a kick out of the videos I send them. Keep making the video greetings JibJab that put smiles on many faces.
