I inadvertently renewed an account and when I called Customer Service
Jeremiah could not have been more pleasant and experienced
I felt "happy" loll a house without a roof!

It was good, I felt that that the various characters to choose from was missing
A few more children's characters both boys and girls. I have eleven grand children
And I would like to send them some using their faces.

The recipients of my ecards loved them. It was very easy to create them. My only challenge was I wanted to create multiple cards and download them, but I couldn't figure out how to create a card, and then go back and create more before going through the payment process for downloading. This may not be possible but it would have made things easier rather than paying for downloading each one at a time.

Customer service was quick and efficient to solve my problem.

Haven't laughed this hard in a long time! And neither have my friends.

I feel annoyed with jabber because one is not informed that yearly subscription membership is only the tip of the. Ice Berg... And one is not informed that every download after joining cost an extra premium. I could not in this respect recommend Jabber to any of my friends...

I thought the animation and the way the head fit in was fantastic. Unfortunately, the card was never delivered (ie the birthday girl never got it in her e-mail). I am glad to have a name and number to contact now since I paid $18 for nothing and need to cancel my account.

I assumed there would be more songs available. I dislike the vile content, I wish you had it in a separate section. It would be fun to make these with my kids without vile and sexual items poping up when I scroll down the selections.

I will know more later, after I've used it for a while.

I had an issue with accessing my account and reached out for support. Heather contacted me a couple of times and we couldn't figure out the issue. She asked if she can call me so that we can trouble shoot it together. After a five minute phone call the issue was resolved and I'm one happy camper! Way to go Heather... You are awesome!

I signed up for a recurring membership and forgot to cancel it when I realized I was no longer using the service. I contacted the support team and they quickly refunded my paypal account. I thought that was really great as they did not have to.

It's certainly fun to play with. Just wish there were more videos

This website will make you happy and will please everyone that you send an e-card to.

Decent year subscription price for well made e-cards. Just don't like downloading your creation cost extra. Wouldn't have got subscription if knew ahead time.

Had a glitch when trying to set up a card - required three attempts for it to go through but result was good. Would like to see more variety for video cards.

Had a problem - they answered the phone quickly, without 'choice' buttons and sorted it out for me immediately. Top support team

Website can at times be cumbersome to use. If I don't want a card I have reviewed it is very difficult to get back to where I was in my search before I picked a card to review.

I got JibJab to send a couple of bday vids. I also sent a vid to a friend who was blue. It turned her day right 'round! $18 well spent!
