I did not use Jibjab and was surprised when I saw that an annual fee had been charged to my account. I had completely forgotten about it and wasn't aware it was an automatic renewal. I emailed my request for a refund and cancellation of the account and had a positive response by the end of the day; no questions asked. That us customer service at its best!

Loved it. Its great fun but I just did not use it enough to pay for it any longer!

I recently joined JibJab and encountered a minor problem, which I reported immediately and within seconds Jib Jab resolved the issue. Very impressed with the willingness to work with customers.

I requested that my paid account be cancelled. They responded within two days to my request, cancelled my account and offered me a refund for the remaining amount. They were also very polite and professional to deal with.

Had a great experience with JibJabs customer service. Very friendly response that went above and beyond with the level of courtesy. Left me with a great feel. Me and my family have shared so many laughs with JibJab and the team seems to appreciate humour. Thanks!

Great site for fun an to make videoclip. Had a question and they responded and fixed it within 24 hours no questions asked.

All my experience with JibJab was pleasant. I used the app for a while and loved it, my friends were very pleasantly impressed. But when I decided to end the membership, the customer service didnt play hide&seak to avoid the unsubscription, just helped me. Im just not worried or stressed. Thank you

I was charged on my PayPal for a year subscription. I didn't even know I signed up for yearly subscription, until I was charged. I emailed the support specialist and she was super nice about it! She understood automatically. She was VERY helpful and I got a full refund! Thank you JibJab!
