Great experience dealing with canceling an extra subscription we had on our account... plus their software is fun!

I noticed I was charged 18.00 on credit card in October but it doesn't show up in the Jib Jab invoice. I have sent copies of my bank statement and their invoice where I have proof but nothing has been done about it. I was refunded 18.00 for an account that was set up in December but not October.

Fun site enjoyed using it. Grand kids liked to use it too but now they are all into ther things. Would use again.

Jibjab is so fun and funny. Collect your faces, size them up and put them in some funny videos. It is irresistible fun. You can't help but laugh.

I've used Jibjab for years, just to make a family Ecard at Christmas. This year I have cancelled my subscription as the site no longer seems to work. I can make a video, but the options for sharing or downloading it simply do not appear. I have tried in IE and Chrome with the same result. Very sad, but time to find another provider.
