A friend asked to impose her face in some dancing video, and JibJab.com gave me good laugh in political video. It is naturally the site I will go, when realize it will cost $1.50 that was not bad to have experience and fun with friends at such low cost. Later from the email I would be charged not $1.50/month, but $18/year and would renew automatically, that is not what I need for one shot, thus request a refund. For frequent users, $18/year is cheap.
I suggested
1. Charge by each video until a max amount,
2. Put more active dancing,
3. Singing mouth is not necessary because it does not look good,
4. Add different countries folk dance, it will broad your support,

There was an unknown charge on the account. When I called them, they took care of the problem right away even though it was not their fault, as the charge came through a third party vender.
We enjoyed all the fun with our friends and grandkids got a lot of laughs from them. Everyone should sign up and enjoy
The application is lots of fun. Made many spoofs and sent to family. We had a lot of laughs. Contacted Customer Service for help. I received a response within 15 hours. Karen was very helpful and professional. I give them a 100% satisfaction rating.
I needed to cancel my membership due to financial reasons; normally when you send an email like that it takes 48 hours to hear a response but I was immediately responded to. I was also refunded my current fee with a cancellation email to confirm. I will keep this in mind and when i am financially ready, I will be back. Thank you!
Had a recurring charge with JibJab that I had forgotten about. They refunded my charge in a quick & positive manner.

I was charged on my credit card for member services. I had not requested services. Immediate response was provided and my charges refunded, Very impressed with the response from customer service! Gerald took care of my issue. It would be nice if everyone took care of their customers, I emailed customer service receives a personal response within 24 hours and a resolution hours after that.
I have been having trouble sharing the Jib Jab videos and that problem was taken care of. Although I still can't play the videos it is probably a bad wifi connection.
My question was answered and resolved extremly quickly and very well. I could not ask for more than that.
I needed to cancel my subscription and the JibJsb people responded quickly with positive results. Superior customer service. Others could learn from their efforts!
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
