I have enjoyed JibJab, and the family has had many a laugh. The customer service is excellent, and that is indeed a rare thing these days.

Reliable honest and lots of fun. They responded immediately when I wanted to cancel my subscription and w/o question reimbursed my bank account. You have easy access to your information. Excellent price for the service. Well worth it.

Customer service is Very Important to me! So, when I got a quick personal reply that addressed my suggested issue I "really" appreciated it!
It couldn't have been more personable. I hate cookie cutter computer generated replies!

I have contacted the costumer services and help desk for couple of time and always been answered quickly and the problems always been resolved!

I had an issue with billing. It was addressed promptly, courteously and satisfactory. I was very pleased!

I enjoyed making a JibJab card for my Granddaughters! They loved it! Now, years later they still have it saved on their computer! A fellow cast mate for our community theater made a card matching one of our productions, it was hilarious! I love JibJab for the "one of a kind" personalized card that many more people, not just the receiver get to enjoy!

Account was automatically renewed on my dormant account. Customer service was easy and fast, received confirmation of cancellation in less then an hour. Thank you!

I was having a problem with the JibJab site recently. I contacted JibJab and they responded right away. Apparently, they got the problem fixed because I can get on the site again. They were very polite and helpful.

I was charged on my credit card for member services. I had not requested services. Immediate response was provided and my charges refunded. Jib Jab is top notch.

Even though I wanted to cancel the jib jab so I didn't have to pay money for my account, they were very understanding and professional, and helped me within one day!

Jibjab brings family and friend together. To create these videos was hilarious and our family truly enjoyed them. It's a great way to makes someone's day, birthday card, holiday card or just for plain fun. The cost to make the videos is priceless for the affect it has on your friends and family. When I first joined Jib Jab you could choose how many characters(s) could be in your clip but this option is no longer available. Also, you cannot purchase and download your finished clips anymore. These two issues made me cancel my yearly membership to Jib Jab.
