Everyone I know loves receiving JibJab cards I have sent and I get a tremendous kick out of producing them and seeing the comments and reactions. Of course, I first have to dab the tears of laughter from my eyes in order to read those comments! Keep producing new "Starring You" videos of songs & dances JibJab Inc.!
The ability to edit which picture goes on which character once they are added would be helpful.

It's super fun to send these videos and cards but when I joined the family I thought I would be able to download but there are extra fees for that, otherwise it would be 5*.

I find that when you must pay extra so that you can download a video it should be ready a lot faster.
I made a video for a guy at work at 9 am so that we could have it on a screen here at work.
He left for the day at about 4:30 in the afternoon, so the video was a total waste of money. I had to pay for a year andthen they charge another 2$ on-top to be able to download a file. I was assuming that I would get it shortly, but it used 15 hours (09:00 till midnight)
It was very easy to use, especially for someone who is technology challenged.
Just wish you had more dance options. Everyone loved it!

I needed something memorable for a friend who celebrated a milestone birthday recently and I was able to find a video to personalize that fit the occasion very well.
After all these years Of Jib Jab being online I thought there would be way more video options for paying customers. I was searching for a cool and funny high school graduation video for my son but their were only about 2 or 3 of them and they were corny. :( I was very disappointed. Father's Day videos were cool. Music and others were alright. Still need more video options please.
This is my second year. I think new videos need to be added more often. I found that after the first 6 months or so it was getting hard to find something suitable that I hadn't already used. Not being much of a tech head I did find it easy to use. Excellent value when you compare it to the cost of posting a Card.
I love the end result, but getting there is a little challenging. There is no place to search what you are looking for. I can't find how to delete faces or videos. There is no way to go back and edit. I would like to preview before finishing. The menu should have a "Help" to click on. I'm still learning. Hopefully it will get better!
The JibJab cards that I've sent to people has made them laugh every time! It's always a huge success and brings much needed laughter and joy into people's lives.
Come on guys, this is 2016, everyone will want to play their videos on their cellphone's... and charging extra for it after getting premium... horrible idea
