There are a few videos I like on the website, so I downloaded the JJ app. Very disappointed in the app because most all the content is very sophomoric. Will likely delete the app.

Was disappointed with the delivery of the ecard. I signed up for the membership and sent a card. Did not get email about either the membership or the delivery of the card until well over 24 hours later. Because of that the card was late and wasn't delivered/viewed until after the recipient's birthday. I've never had that issue with other sites. I most likely will not be using JibJab for future ecards.

I decided to use jib jab for my father's birthday. Since we all got together I was able to put the whole gang in the videos! Great entertainment!

I love your site, but I am very limited whom to send a card... Not everyone is about to enjoy the crazy ones... But you are right, I should not be on your side with over the teenage age... I just thought it would be nice one or two songs in more old fashion style would be nice...

I sent three cards, and they were never received. I even checked the recipient's devices, and we would not find them, even in the junk mail and spam filter folders. Very poor experience. Please fix it before Father's Day.

Online JibJab has much cleaner choices. In the app, the choices are mostly very raunchy. It is very difficult to maneuver around these nasty choices to find anything that would be considered at all clean. Would not have subscribed if I had seen the app first instead of online.

Sent my first card, but it has not been received. Disappointed as I paid the membership fee for one year. Had correct e-mail address, but we are assuming it must have gone to spam. Did not think this would happen.

I found it quite easy to put the faces I wanted in place.

I have ranged the exact date to send the birthday card but didn't get my card.

Birthday is only one day to celebrate, so disappointed

This is a great way to send a message. Loved by young and old.

I emailed jibjab support and they prompted responded and figured out what wrong and corrected it.

I love JibJab. When I'm feeling down, leave it to JibJab to make me laugh. I also love sending them to friends and family.

Love the cards and the ability to customize them. Only minus is I am not computer savvy, do I need to save my card and spend the extra $1.99 to do that? Didn't know if I could access the card again so I did, but would be more satisfied if that was explained beforehand. A little more transparency, please!

Seems like the same stuff that I previewed a couple of years ago before I joined. I needed a funny card site and I thought JibJab would be perfect. Yes, the stuff is funny. But how about some new material?

I really like the dance and music vidioes. I wish they had more good o es and less stupid ones. Also they need so e for large families. We have 6 and 7. You o ly go up to five.

I love this site. I would like to see more movie spoofs video choices. The ones you have are awesome

Getting the mouth & voice to synchronise was a little difficult, still got the black line above the girls mouth, overall the card was great. Ppl that watched really liked it
