Made a very amusing birthday video for two dear friends.
I used jibjab years ago and it was free, I'm ok to pay for a service but I'm disappointed to see that nothing evolved, not so many choices and you pay once to do the video and once again to save it, it's too much, it's funny for one occasion but I won't recommand Jibjab in the future.
I have been creating home (personal) vacation video's for several yrs now, which included my husband, sister, brother-in-law and myself. Usually on Cruises. I was looking for something fresh, fun, and new to start off this yrs. Project when I remembered your site. So I joined and picked out a video that matched the flavor of our vacation and it will be so much fun to watch their reactions when the video is complete! Thanks JibJab!

I decided to end my JibJab service because, while I thought I had made some funny videos, my family was not so amused. I went on the website and asked for a refund and had it within hours! Best service I've ever received.
The process of adding faces is easy. Finding the right card is hard. I had a 6 year old birthday girl, an eight year old birthday boy, and a 59 year birthday, male all last week. Went to another site for the kids. Friends adopted a new dog 2 weeks ago. Went to another site.
Hire me. I will come up with great ideas.
When I find the right card here I love it.
Not interested in the regular cards on your site. I come to it for the animated ones that I add photos too. That's what I think most people come to it for. So please, more of those.

I have emailed your customer service to enquire about a 6 person dance only to be fobbed off with half a reply, so at the moment I am not very impressed.
It could use more variety, especially for single photo male & female characters.
