I paid the 18 dollars subscription to send a card to my brother in China and he can't even open the link... great waste of money
I have been a satisfied JibJab customer for a few years for the following reasons?
1. Product is very affordable
2. Website is VERY easy to use
3. Downloads are very simple
I download the videos onto a DVD and give them as gifts and EVERYONE loves them. I give one to my boss every Xmas and he shows everyone at work and has told me he invites his whole family to watch it with him and his wife and they also loved it! Keep up the good work JIBJAB.
You might want to think about expanding and make some that are geared for children; they would love to see themselves on video.
Whenever I want to send a lighthearted eCard, JibJab is my go-to website. Their writers have the same somewhat-snarky sense of humor that I do, and I love being able to cut-and-paste my own cast of characters in the cards. The recipients of my JibJab eCards always respond very positively - they get a real kick out of them!

This was an animated birthday card to my sister-in-law who happens to share the same birthday date with me. Her Mom's health is failing and she and my brother had traveled to see her Mom so I wanted something that would cheer her up the minute she opened the card up. And it did. A smile goes a long way any day, but on a tough day it can be a shining moment that helps you get through the day, the week, and the month. Thanks, JibJab.
After not logging on for some time, my password wouldn't work. As it wouldn't accept my email address to automatically send a password reset, I sent an email to their online support asking for help. The response from Gerald was very quick, he offered a range of options on how to fix my issue. He included steps i needed to follow to fix it as well. There was also the offer to contact for more help if required. By far the best online help I've received!

I called in, in regards to my account & Jerimiah my rep was very kind, understanding and very helpful with no hassles or additional sales stuff. Refreshing to be able to call in for a request and simply have it taken care of.

I was automatically updated for another year. I didn't want that to happen. Son I called and emailed customer service. They kindly refunded the amount and treated me well.
