I spent ages designing a card only to find out once completed that you have to pay an annual subscription of $18. I don't want to pay an annual subscription that is renewed automatically, all I wanted was to pay for a one-off message. It should make this clear before wasting peoples time. The website states that some products are available free for sharing, good luck trying to find any. A much better system would be to clearly state the costs of each message at the time of choosing... not after you've completed the product.
First of all, this a super way to send greetings to your friends and family, and any coworker. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and great at answering questions and troubleshooting. I just joined jibjab this morning, and I am hooked! Thank you for live help for service and great products! The graphics and story lines on your videos are terrifically fitting! My recipients will be very happy and pleased to see themselves immortalized! Plus, staff also provided great advice such as what to consider when scheduling to send ecards on future dates and other information. THANK YOU SO MUCH! This is a FUN way to send greetings and celebrate!
Every time I started to do the movie it says sign in with Facebook or email. So I did and each and every time they said my password did not match name or email address. Well it does! I just gave up and now I am sorry I joined and I want out but don't know how to do it. Can you help me with this?
I was charged for a membership that was supposed to have been cancelled a year ago. I contacted JibJab, and it was cancelled and my money was refunded immediately. This is exactly how a company should be run! Great job JibJab!
JibJab has so many hysterically funny templates for e-cards. It was surprisingly simple to produce a card that used a photo of a face in a video. Once you have the picture cropping is a breeze. I didn't love that I had to buy a year long membership, but now that I have it, and see how easy it is, I'll be making use of my membership many times over the year, I'm sure.

The process of injecting my photo into the video was seamless. The video was a hoot, and she shared it with all her loved ones. It was a big hit.
I used a photo of my 8 year old grandson & it looked unlije him or anyone we know. I had to tell folks who it was & they said "really?"

It is written nowhere that you have to wait hours so as to be able to download the video you paid for. I did the video before 12 AM, it was sent to me after 12 PM. If I knew that, I would not buy it.
There is not enough song choice and there are too many lewd or suggestive selections. It would be better for me to have more cleaner choices as a family person

I always get big smiles and everyone laughs all the time and thats why I love making the cards and the videos.
The only thing that i dont like is that you removed the shaping feature and I'm not able anymore to adjust the face limits or edit the head shape..., and this used to be possible.
I understand that you improved jib jab services, and thats good, but in this case i dont think that the result was better because the heads look huge and disproportionate.
The shaping feature should be avaiable again! Please improve that feature, please...!
I love the Jibjab ap because it is so much fun to make a video of someone or myself to brighten someone's day. I have been a member for 3 years & continue to do so in the future & I highly recommend Jibjab to anyone who likes to have fun.
