I sent the song "All About the Bass" to my daughter for a birthday card... but it was really for my GRANDdaughter's entertainment since she loves that song! Had my 3 daughters and my granddaughter as the vocals. It was fun and super easy putting it together and enjoyed by all!

Less than transparent of you to withold price and renewal info until video creation is completed by user. I bought the service, but would never recommend it to anyone

Needed a card for students who graduated to give a smile and a congratulations.
Found what I needed and signed up easily.

The site is great, easy to work with. Not many options to choose from as far as music and graphics.

They stole my money saying that I would pay only $ 2 and the video actually, $ 24 was charged to my credit card. Real flight to such a poor result.

JibJab is fun to have. You can be silly and share it with your loved ones.

I didn't see an option to choose 1 month or 1 year. Was charged automatically for a year. I only wanted one month.

My niece loved her card. She and her friends watched it many times!

Sent the card in the early morning but it was not received till the evening. Don't think I will use again.

Had great fun making the e-card and the receiver loved it.

Payment amount is never disclosed until payment procedure is already finished, I wanted to buy just one e-card and I ended up paying 18 dollars for a yearly subscription... not a fair deal!

Everything great, easy to configure. Quick. A little confusing after buy the download next step button.

On Thu PM I paid for a membership and paid to download 8 videos. On Fri AM The downloads were still unavailable. I contacted customer support three times; I have yet to receive a response. Late Fri evening I received 166 email messages stating my downloads were ready. Too late. I did not download the videos.
Follow up - On Monday I received an email promising a full refund for both the membership and the videos.

Make a short video staring yourself and your friends. Fun, easy and quick to do and JibJab offer plenty of choice.

A bit of a pain when the site invariably hides the fees each time.

I have written to customer service twice and each time the responses were immediate. And each time the issues were corrected just as fast. It seems customer service is a priority with them.
