I had an issue with JIbJab being unable to insert heads onto cards. The response was absolutely brilliant, all the help I required, in a timely manner. Well Done

With a few glitches in overall set-up process, I think I did ok... my challenge has been (just discovered) thought I posted on frfiends facebook page and they said they didn't see it... don't know. Could still be user error...
Overall experience... good, knowing I gotta believe I will get better w/ practice!

Had a little trouble adjusting my picture but was very satisfied with out-come.

While some of these are hilarious to send to family and friends- always fun for the recipient to see themselves dancing, most of them are related to sex, drunkenness, etc. Generally inappropriate. Would love if they had a kids' section to send my nieces and nephews cards of themselves dancing.

Actually, I am very happy with JibJab but I wish you would add one more feature. After I complete a greeting card and am about teady to send it, if I notice an error, there is no way for me to go back and fix it. Ihate to have to start over.

Was not able to adjust size of picture once downloaded. How do you determine what size until you place it in the card!

JibJab has some nice cards and fun characters. I like them. However their site requires sign up with automatic renewal. And to top it off they don't allow cancellation without having to call them. That's unacceptable.

Summarizing this. Watch out or you'll be stuck in with their hand in your pocket.

Love the video, but I would have liked to send a short note with it and didn't know how. Also, I wanted to check to see if there was a message sent and if it was sent to the right address and I couldnt figure out how to do it.

Fun to play with the different cards and fun to get the reactions of those who receive the cards

A birthday card and father's day card I sent to my dad using the animated cards where you insert faces really cracked him up and he sent them to all of the family.

Absolutely not able to make a video right! Have watched and listened to multiple tutorials and still can not make a mouth to be opened right. Want to cancel my subscription.

Love this app, but it would be great if there were more options for the number people in the cast - there's a great choice for 1,4 & 5 cast but very little for 2 or 3 people/cast

I was on the monthly payment plan and had to step back for a bit.
I asked for help via email, expecting to be ignored as so many other sites have (to me in the past) when they have your money.
I got an answer right away and not only did they cancel my monthly plan, they went above and beyond and refunded me this month's payment! Definitely not what I expected and I will be back! Thanks.

I looked for a birthday card for my son who loves riding his motorcycle when he's around, and the JibJab card went way beyond my expectations! Being able to upload his picture to "star" in his card made it a really great surprise!

Easy, easy, easy! Customer service was right there to answer my question, and poof - I had created 2 JibJabs! Can't wait to create more!
