I was charged to subscribe $18. That should be enough! However when I finished putting my card together, you guys come with a little surprise, another $2 to download it... hmmmmm. Very uncool and sneaky. I cancelled the subscription.

These cards are fun and unique. The site is easy to use and the selection is great. Thanks!

Never fails, I send a card & put a smile on people's faces. Only I wish they had more get well cards & different music cards

I gave you permissions to charge 1.50 to my card, not 18.00 dollars. Very dishonest. Will never use your application again, and dispute with credit card.

Wish there were more options, especially for animated females.
Also wish there were a preview.

Been a fun time for a week now. Maybe if there were more cards? For the price is good fun.

The Birthday Card I made for my mother-in-law's 90th Birthday had her in stiches! She thoroughly enjoyed it! She said it was the best birthday card ever!

I used the application three years
And the amount of videos is little

I like the app... but I got bored quickly bc I wish there were more current as well as classic music videos and dances to choose. Other wise was fun for the first couple videos

The site continually pesters you with emails to do a review. So, in the hopes that giving a review will stop these annoying emails, this is my review:
The cards are great. I'll use the site again for sure.

I sent my 60 year old sister 2 jib jab cards (one birthday and one other because they are so cute). She told me she hasn't laughed that hard in a long time! I am having fun putting our dog into the videos and it is hilarious! She is the funniest part of one of my 5 "people" cards! My kids are like "omg mom!" but are laughing uncontrollably as they watch themselves and our dog in the video. I love it!

I just wish there were more offerings for putting yourself in card. For younger kids.

I feel cheated and swindled. I spent a ton of time collecting photos, making my video just right, only to find out I have to pay, not just a small fee but a rather large one for a 1 year subscription to a service I never plan on using again. I understand it costs money to run this site, but be upfront about costs, don't spring it on people at the last second and hold their video hostage. Not cool.

You pay to try the site and then you have to pay again if you want to keep the video, 2.99 for each one that's crazy.

But the videos are funny

I had an issue, and JibJab customer service responded IMMEDIATELY, and took care of my concern. I could not have asked for a better customer service experience.

The first card was ok and went easily. The personalized cards give no option for editing if you don't get it right the first time. Had to start over multiple times.
