I was very happy with my experience with jib jab. I sent several cards and they all were delivered smoothly.
I love your concept, it has brought laughter to me and my family! However, during the beginning I wasted a lot of time personalizing the videos adjusting many heads only to find out that I had to log on to start the process of downloading the pictures and working on them yet again to complete the video. It was frustrating so I gave up after a few attempts during the few days I played around with it. Please find a way to fix that with your paying customers with a message stating to log on before working on a video that you will lose after completing it ready to post on fb or sending it to a friend. Made a few video cards and Laughed so much I had to have a lie down. Easy to use. My three year old grand daughter was using it to make her own inappropriate videos.
I would prefer a higher annual fee and be allowed to copy the video instead of a pay per copy. Also, automatic payment renewal is a big turn off for me. Yours is the only site where I have submitted to this sort of charge.

I hate automated recurring billing and applications that hide fees for things like saving your file. Seriously?
I paid for a download and either couldn't download it, or I could find it on my iPhone. It should have been automatically downloaded into my video app.
Absolutely brilliant. Ideal for every occasion and seeing your face on some of the bodies is hilarious. Would highly recommend it.
Would rather just pay for each video download, than have to pay a yearly subscription fee. Comedy needs revamping for more countries around the globe.
Also, the ability to edit skin tones would be fantastic.

Thank you JibJab for your wonderful card site, finding the right card to send to my son was so easy. Your choice of e-cards are amazing. My son was very happy to receive not one but three e-cards. So hard to choice only one.
I previewed the film clip and it was really cute but I didn't get it although I tried several ways. Too late now as my friends birthday passed.
I previously had a good experience with JibJab. However, my most recent experience was very bad and I failed to get anything. So I have abandoned JibJab completely. Life is too short to screw around.

Paid for something cool, but didn't work out. My friend never received her birthday card.
I appreciate all of the different cards, as there are so many choices. And many of them are very funny. One thing that didn't work out for me was when I pasted a relative's face in one of the cards, I kept getting a black line where their mouth should have been. That was frustrating. But otherwise a good experience.
I asked a question and they answered to my satisfaction within a few hours.
I was on auto bill. They showed me how to cancel it on my
I phone.
Love JibJab! Easy to use. All you have to do is give a little thought to the faces you chose ( closed mouths work best). And let the hilarity ensue.
Haven't had a disappointed receipient yet.
