Not too easy to fit the heads to the characters. Wish there were more selections for cards.

Found it very hard to use, lost everything many times before getting it right, had to sign in many times and now it has me as the person I was sending the card to. I will be canceling my subscription.

I do not have pictures of the people I send cards to so I was not satisfied with your selection of cards that do not have pictures on them. I would like to see more of that or maybe I should cancel my membership and join the Hallmark one?

It's fine for sharing a video, but no good if you have unlimited social sharing as you have to visit the site to share the video as the material is copyright protected which means you can't upload to FB for the laughs. I wouldn't recommend the pay service because of this.

I called for assistance. The person I spoke to handled the problem efficiently, and very professionally. Everything was taken care of in about 2 minutes. I was very satisfied from start to finish.

The personalized video cards are wonderful. They are fun and easy to make and everyone loves receiving one.

I recently decided to try my expertise on jibjab. I have limited technoskills but found the site easy to use, offering plenty of choices and appropriate materials.
Love it. My efforts were well received for my daughter's 40th birthday.
I have been on the receiving end of a number of jibjab greetings as I recovered from cancer treatment, and every one gave me a much-needed lift!

I love JibJab. Great, fun, easy to use customized e-card builder. I once had an issue with my account, but I wrote them and they responded really quickly and it was basically resolved immediately. Great friendly service. I definitely recommend.
