It would be really useful if more instructions were given. For example if you want to send the JibJab to just one or two people via Facebook how do you do this
We did not realize that our profile included auto renewal. Really appreciated their no hassle cancellation policy for timely (within 30 days) requests. We may be back when the need next presents itself. Jib Jab is really unique, easy to use and a whole lot of fun.
I am not experienced working with photos or photo software so I wasn't sure how this would work out for me. I decided to carve out 2 hours and plunge in. I wanted to make a birthday card for a friend. I made the card three times which was fine with me. Thing is, JibJab has this set up so clearly and efficiently that I could have sent my first effort but I could see after my first card that I could do it even better now that I knew how it all worked. So for the second card I picked a different photo that gave a better perspective on the birthday girl's face. And for my third effort I erased the baseball cap brim. My friend was happy and I had a great time. I'll do it again. Thank you, JibJab.

My wife and I wanted to get off an anniversary greeting to a close couple. They live down the hall in our condo, but we wanted something a bit special. The husband is a computer specialist, so we thought something silly along that line would be appropriate. We chose Samba, because it was so darn silly! We are expecting something back from them on jib-jab in the future.
Thought I would get a birthday card and somehow got year subscription by mistake, sent email about concern and taken care of and refunded quickly, for that I'm grateful and amazed at company, I will continue to do business with, thanks

Tried to crate the video from my phone and it didn't format nor crate link. Always forced me onto the desktop site. I e mailed requesting a refund and there's no response.
Such a fun way to create a personalised birthday card. Super easy to use too.
I found it very annoying to make a whole card, upload all the photos, do all the editing, and then find out there is a fee, and that I have to create and account, and then everything I just made doesn't exist any more once I do that, and then I do it all over again, and schedule it to be sent on mother's birthday, and it never gets sent... or she never receives it...
My nephew, a surfer and academic, just returned from Indonesia where he wore the locals "Skirts". This birthday greeting of "him" wearing the genie outfit and surfing on the flying carpet was providentially perfect in many ways

The card and video and the making experience and the delivery were all very good for all concerned, which is probably the main thing as it was all urgent, important ant last minute. However, I seemed to have signed up for a yearly subscription which not my intention. I've now cancelled but hope I can continue making cards for the next 12 months. The whole process of investigating my way through the website and finally locating how to cancel took an age and was depressing.
