I love being able to insert faces of family and friends into these eCards. They make a unique statement that is good for more than few laughs! These greetings are one of a kind and a way to show your friends and family that you took the time to create something fun and different... way better than just a sink Happy Birthday. They are fun to make as well... Worth the price. All I can say is more, more, more!

Though I tried to size the images to fit the heads in your set up, they came out looking goofy. The instructions were not helpful enough for the sizing. I cropped the heads as squares thinking you would fit them into the head space, but they present as squares on top of the moving figures.
Also, it said the card would be free. When I was ready to send, I was forced to pay $18 for a subscription. I did not want this, but had deadline to meet so subscribed so that I could send the card. I would like to cancel this sub.
I've always thought your products were fun, funny and would be easy to format. Hugely disappointed.

The first card I sent for some reason was not delivered and I had to sent the link that you sent me to view the card... of course that was the day after the event and after I asked if they received the e card... the surprise element was gone :o(
It was easy to figure out how to work with photos, and I hope I will improve as I have more experiences with getting the faces the right size. But the bobble head look is probably what is intended. And it is fun.
There were times when -- after I sent a card -- I tried to open it from the JibJab email confirming it had been sent and asking if I wanted to look at it again. When I clicked on that link at various times, there was no video. In one case, I became concerned that my recipient would have the same problem. So, I made an extra effort to make sure he could open it in time.
Delighted with the speed in which my query was dealt with. Delighted also with the positive result. No quibbles, just action, look forward to receiving my refund. Would not hesitate to do business with JibJab in the future. Well done!

I think there is not enough new cards... it become hard to find a new card that fit for my friends that they have not seen!
I thought I was buying one card; got charged $18 for a subscription--which I see automatically renews. No chance to review order before being charged. Nothing about charges or what I was actually getting was clear.
