I don't care for all ecards i was looking for more of personalizing cards for work and don't see much or any i can use.

Love the site but can't stand the black space where the mouths move. Nearly impossible to place a mouth from photo to make that black line disappear. Unless there is a way to delete this I won't be making anymore cards.

Everyone had positive response, and lots of laughs.

Seems I had mistakingly subscribed - and was paying $18/yr for the service I did not use. An email on a Friday resulted in JibJab response the next Tuesday and a CREDIT. VERY responsive and helpful! Thank you guys!

I was doubt charged for account. One was $17.00 and $18.00. Not for sure for the difference in amounts. I would like to cancel my account and my credit card account to be refunded. Thank you!

I had fun creating the jib jabs but 2 of my 3 recipients didn't recieve the card - maybe it went to junk?

What can I say just loved making the cards never laughed as much and so did every one that saw them but my son whose birthday it was said he laughed till he cried, so easy to do brilliant idea.

JibJab makes me a creative star in my family!. They love it! There are 8 kids in my family, who all have some kids and some have grandkids. There are actually over 100 of us, all told, ha! They all love cards and videos with their pictures in them. It's a great way to stay connected to those who don't live nearby.

It makes the older people feel young, and the young people feel special!

For Father's Day, I created a video for my husband and got s confirmation but the video never posted. That day I kept waiting to see if it would load later on. The transaction went through but not the video. Very disappointed

I requested that a change be made to my service and it was completed in a day. Awesome work A++++

Needed some help with a subscription issue. Problem solved in an instant. Customer service on the level of Amazon and Nordstrom's for sure!

Very user-friendly and the videos were created super quickly. Easy to share as well. I'd really like to see more options for 2 and 3 people in the "starring me" jibjabs. Especially in the birthday category.

Tried to upload picture two different times to use on an e-card and each time it did not load (plus took forever to find out it did not work).

I have had so much fun with this app... So glad I got it! Sent some videos to my parents & haven't heard them laugh this hard in a while! Thank you, Jibjab for all this fun!

The site and the videos are cool but I'm very disappointed because when you want to become a member you are forced to have auto-renewal enabled.
I think this is not fair, some credit cards are blocked in these cases if the site is not verified (like yours).

Grandchildren couldn't stop laughing seeing us in the Farrell Williams Happy video!
Not 5 stars as I didn't like having to sign up for a year with auto renewal. I will have to remember if I want to cancel before the date.
