Easy to use, creates a unique personalized greeting and the recipients thought it was hilarious

I never usually take the time for a review, but I just had one of the best customer service experiences with JibJab. Their team was on it... and followed through above and beyond what they had to. Their model should be THE template for outstanding customer service.

Loved the birthday card I was able to send to my 4 year old grandson! He watched it over and over all day, he was so excited to see himself skateboarding!

Love Jib Jab and have turned many friends on to it

I misunderstood JibJab's terms for using one of their services. I brought it to their attention, and the amount billed to me was returned immediately with a very positive experience.

Sometimes it was a little hard to get the faces in the correct spot.

I applied for a refund under the 30 day satisfaction promise. Received a very polite email within 24 hours saying the refund was being processed.

Was pretty simple to insert the photos and the final result looked great, the card recipient was very happy!

I sent a JibJab to a nun friend of mine and she thought her singing & dance skit in a night club with a swinging group of night owls was the coolest ever. Laughed & laughed & laughed some more... Thanks JibJab for bringing smiles to us all!

I noticed an unauthorized charge to my credit card for a JibJab annual renewal. I called and the charge was immediately and pleasantly corrected. What's relief!

I was not able to get this to work despite spending over 3 hours trying to send the cards. I attempted to contact you but received no reply. I would like my money back and would like to terminate your service.

I enjoyed being with jib jab. My grandkids and family had some fun but I am 70 yrs old and for me I just don't use it very often but my family still has jib jab.

Small price to pay for hours of fun for my daughter

User Friendly, lot of choices. Would like more kid friendly choices.

J'ai été étonné quand j'ai vu mon relevé de CB car a aucun moment ce prix n'a été annoncé. Peut- être fallait-il multiplier le prix initial par le nombre d'adresses? Je n'en sais rien. Preuve que l'information est mal faite. La carte était sympa mais je ne conseillerai pas ce site à mes amis. J'aime qu'on soit clair

Other services tell you when (or whether) the recipient received the card.

Pretty crappy you have to buy a year subscription for one card. I understand i can use the service throughout the year but thats not what I want.

The emails also come through looking like junk mail so if you don't tell the recipient they may not even see the card.
