It is a fun product, but I would like more videos to choose from. The controls could have a little more fine-tuning. And why not an option to add additional actors, even if the option has to be purchased?
I think the product is good, but not quite worth the $18/year just yet. More videos would change my mind.

Cropping the faces used to be a game of its own, trying to catch the hair styles and ears. The big round thing took that away. But perhaps the most annoying thing is the fact that the videos cannot be play directly in Facebook, instead you are forced to post a link to the JibJab website. This makes it lame.
These e cards are great fun to send. It's nice to match them up to people who will enjoy and put a smile on someone's face for that special occasion.
Loved the selection, recipient loved the e-card but I had to ask her if she received it and it ended up in her junk file:-(
I enjoyed making a personalized card for friends. However, I wish I could adjust the images even after they have been added to my files as some of the mouths needed adjustment. Nonetheless, the cards are entertaining!

I'm a first time user and found JibJab easy and user friendly.
I sent a card to a friend for her birthday. I was delighted with the product BUT having chased up with my friend I discover the card was not received. I even asked her to check junk mail just in case but nothing. Alas I appear to have missed her birthday and having paid for the service am very dissapointed
I don't like being tied into things for a whole year. One off or even quarterly would have been better.
Don't like not being given the option to renew automatically or not but love the cards.

I hadn't used JibJab before, but had seen it being sent by someone else. I like the concept and it's quite fun. I just wish there were more choices in each of the categories. Some of the choices at this time are on the negative or sarcastic side-- I don't want to send anything negative or sarcastic.
I was excited to join Jib-Jab and send my Dad his Fathers Day card because my husband had received several cards in the past, & they were so funny. I alerted my dad, so he would be on the lookout in his email for his card. He never received it. He kept looking for several days & it still never arrived. I am sorry that I "joined" Jib-Jab. What a disappointment!
I wanted to send a card to my 11 year old grandson. You don't have any appropriate cards for kids. I think you should.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
