Best customer service! I got help very fast. App is very fun. I open a claim on 24 December so I thought it would take long time to be fixed. Today is 26 and I got a satisfactory answer.

I was billed for a year subscription that I had forgot I had. Contacted customer service and they very quickly refunded my money and cancelled the auto-renew. You may feel the utmost in confidence in a company that values customer service. A++ rating for them. In the future should I need this type of service I wouldn't hesitate to use Jib Jab.
Used JibJab for a host of company videos last year and didn't realize it was auto-renewal. This year I had a charge for auto-renewal and this were gracious enough to remove the charge. I will still come back, but am very grateful!
I I was worried because I had to leave a email about the problem I was having and I thought that it would never get answered. However the next day I got an email asking a question about the problem I was having I responded to the email right away and within hours the problem was fixed! Very happy with the customer service I received.

I have been a subscriber for quite a while. Decided to take a break from it for a while. Unlike some subscription services, there was ZERO hassling or arm pulling and my request was fulfilled immediately! Thats my definition of good business practice and customer service! Very impressed!
I used JibJab for the first time because my child ordered without my knowledge. It was not something I would have done and there were some problems. JibJab stepped in and corrected my problem and I have to say they have a very caring support team and were very fast in their response.
I recently impulsively bought a yearly subscription to JibJab during the holidays when I had already spent too much. I emailed their support team to ask if I could have it cancelled thinking there was no way they were going to grant this for me. Within two days I received a response that they would be happy to fulfill my request. When I have paid some of my holiday spending off I intend to get back my subscription to JibJab and have fun sending their adorable ecards!
As a senior citizen I did not make use of JibJab. They were kind enough to to cancel me out and refund my fee immediately. No hassles at all.

I had a charge to my checking account that I wasn't anticipating, and when I investigated, it was an auto-renewal by JibJab. I didn't believe I had set up auto-renew, and they made it very easy to request a refund online, cancel the subscription and delete my credit information. I am very pleased with their rapid response and good customer service.

Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
