Jib Jab is a great company to deal with online. They sorted my problem really quickly. Highly recommend this site

I've used this site on and off for years. This year I forgot to cancel my auto renewal and only got reminded when I got the payment notification. On contacting customer services they located my account cancelled the renewal and refunded the charge with no issue.
When I'm in a position to need their awsome cards again I will be re-subscribeing:-)

Just had a question about adding e-mail addresses in jib jab's data base. Not available at this time. They suggested a few work around alternatives. Very prompt professional service. A very fun company to deal with. Great products and support staff.

I had been charged an annual fee though I had a free account. I requested that the charge be refunded and, after all my blunders trying to get them the necessary documentation (Daniel was very patient with me through it all), they refunded the erroneous charge. Few businesses handle such things as well so I'm very pleased and definitely recommend JibJab as a fun business that truly values their customers and their integrity.

Enjoyable way to create fun memories with family and friends! I made one video with my mom, dad, wife, and son which was so funny! Everyone needs to experience this at least once. Have fun creating!

After receiving a bill for the paid account that I thought I had closed years ago, and being unable to access my account because it was under an old e-mail address no longer valid, I reached out for help. It took some digging, but JibJab's Customer Service Rep was able to locate me in their system and figure it all out. These folks ROCK! Bless you, JibJab!

Thanks for your fair response. I have used jibjab for a number of years but it's fallen gradually into disuse. I asked for a refund for the last auto payment and received a courteous response the same day. I had anticipated dithering so was happy with the customer service. Thanks jibjab team.

This review is not about JibJab products (as unfortunately it was not compatible with my mobile) but for their customer services dept. They were efficient, polite and attentive (very rare these days) and I received a refund almost immediately. Thank you JibJab.

I have contacted customer service a few times during the past few days via email. First I'm a bit concerned, there are no telephone number on the website. But what I found out is, they are very responsive. I received all responses within a day or less. Matters were handled professionally. I'm very satisfy.

Jib Jab provided prompt and positive attention to my request to cancel my account, which was based on non-use.
