Receiver must have Adobe Flash installed on their device to see the eCard. Apple discouraged the use of Flash and it makes the eCard useless in the vast majority of mobile devices.

Found the perfect birthday card for 12 yr old grandson, living in South Africa, about as far away from me in Michigan as one could get

Easy to use, easy to save and send, great reception by the receiver.

"Site under repair", it said - after I'd payed for my card & couldn't customise it from suitable for a male to female. Disappointing.

I kept my 4 year old grandson happy for hours making films! Also made his parents happy receiving the things we made!

I haven't used it recently but 've been a member for a few years and evidently my old credit card was outdated so last week I gave a new card number and I'm back

Like the site. Would like to see more customizable videos, but that may develop over time. Shouldn't have to pay extra to download custom videos though. Some videos were not downloadable.

I noticed my jib jab membership had renewed and, as i have retired and money is tight, i wanted to cancel it. I called jeremiah and he took care of it in seconds. I had imagined all kinds of horror stories and fighting - none of which happened! As soon as things settle down, i'm sure i'll be back!

I like the videos, but since one year behind, I still found the same videos. That is disappointing.

Fun making up the videos and sharing with friends! Recently went to Boston and heard the song Cake by the Ocean a thousand times, so the video was perfect to share.

This video was easy to create and lots of fun for all who were able to watch it. I hope you create more NEW birthday videos. I've exhausted the ones we would care to use. We prefer clean humor, not bawdy, and classic tunes that all generations can enjoy. I appreciate you keeping all tastes in mind when creating your videos. Thanks Jib Jab!

I have used this program for several years now, and every time its so neat. It has every body on the ground laughing so hard their ribs ache..

Easy to use and a lot of fun! Well worth the price.

Received email saying my my membership had expired due to me changing credit cards and forced me to resubscribe in August when my membership only came due in December.
Did receive an apology email that it was an error, but no offer to refund my ill gotten membership money
