Although not used as often as I'd like, it's been GREAT, when I needed it, along w/GREAT tech. Support! And it's FUN! Gotten good responses from my connections that I've set your cards to! Jan 0:-)

Lots of laughs, great for many occasions, a break from the everyday usual.

Renewal was easy. I like the new templates being added

I have sent 3 cards so far and no one has received them. I have needed to copy the url link into an email in order for all the recipients to receive anything. They've checked spam folders as well and nothing. Very disappointing but great idea.

I selected the future delivery. I never received a confirmation that it sent, and my recipient did not receive it on their birthday. I had to ultimately send them the confirmation when I created it so they could access the link and review it. This was 2 days after their birthday. And yes, we did check their junk mail and other folders just in case, and confirmed it was not received. Not a great experience.

The cards are simple to create. The only thing is you don 't have a lot of birthday cards that you place faces in. Be use all the ones I like. I hope you will provide more of these with songs.

They have so many fun messages in songs. My recipients loved them. They then wanted to know where they could get the app. It's a blast creating the photos for the cards also. I recommend This to anyone that loves to be a little different.

I've made a couple of Music eCards for family on the JibJab site; both received with raves.
I've also had a very good experience with issue resolution; the problem solved by JibJab found to be my own fault in the end anyway.
Kudos to JibJab.

I also enjoy sending a JibJab card - they make me laugh as much as hopefully the recipient does!

Horrible. Jibjab thinks MY email is their free marketing tool, and that MY time, bandwidth, and resources are not asb important as them making money.

I emailed JibJab and received a response the same day. This is incredible customer service. Keep up the good work.

Would prefer less hair on the characters. It makes the faces in the photos hard to identify. But always fun themes. My grandkids love them!

Whilst I think the experience is funny there is still room for more functions to be added. Maybe the option to change the head skin tone to reflect the colour of the body. Also modification of the head should be a bit more detailed like adjusting around ears & chin profile.

People love to get these creative and fun cards and I love to send them!
And if you need help. There are real live human beings immediately available to assist. ( I THINK they are real live human beings)

I thought it would have been more user friendly, but I finally did it in the end and was happy with the result

My daughter inadvertently subscribed JibJab sorted out promptly and fully refunded.

I have nothing but problems with trying to log in use a fb photo and then having to re-log in, then upload photo and have to re-log in again.
If I had not already been charged the $18 fee I would cancel now!

My initial card disappeared into cyber space but my second attempt landed where I wanted it to be.
