I asked to cancel after five years with JibJab only because I found that I was very infrequently using the service. I consider them a top-notch company, but I didn't want t pay for something that I hadn't used for a couple of years. Turns out I had two accounts, one free, and one paid. Rebecca was able to track down the issue and resolve the cancellation and refund with patience and kindness. They are a great company and perhaps I will renew in the future if my business needs change.

Ill be using JibJab in the future but for now I didnt need the automatic renewal and JibJab was amazingly prompt in honoring my request and refunding the $18 yearly fee. Great customer service and Ill definitely be back Carol

Only used JibJab for a short period of time and requested a refund after 3nd year. JibJab got back to me quickly an answered my request and took care of me. Most companies make you wait 2 to 3 days. This was on New Year's Eve Sunday!

Used my credit card!

This month we noticed a charge on my Amex card from JibJab! We never bought anything from them and had to alert my card fraud department! A few days later Jib Jab contacted us and stated that they removed the charge! Beware of these companies advertising on the internet!

I was recently notified of a paypal payment to Jib Jab - a site I used just once since 2015. When I queried this, JIbjab immediately cancelled both the payment and the subscription for which I am grateful. However I am amazed that it was so easy for them to continue take money from me from a one-off use.

My device was not compatible, so I could not use the app. Signed up using web version and could not send a free card as advertised to see if the service was any good. I created a card and the site kept asking me to sign up and send money before sending a card. False advertising at least, bait and switch at best. Either way a shady way to do business. I would not trust them with any of my personal information because of this.
