I was disappointed to find so little additional content for paid members. I would like to see more all occasion cards, thinking of you, everyday type ecards. Also, my son and I like to create the cards together and there isn't a way to filter out the adult oriented content. Boo!
I inadvertently signed up with I thought was promo code and contacted support to cancel the account and refund the fees. Thankfully they looked into it and the account had not been fully setup so there were no charges pending.

The fact that you have to pay extra to download the video after paying 18$ a year is ridiculous and should be made clear from the get-go. Once, I paid the extra 1.99$ to download, and got my video only the next day, defeating all the purpose of why I needed it. Also, once you pay extra to download the video, the video is restricted and you can't for exemple us it in Imovie for a funny montage or trailer... I know there are easy workarounds for downloading and using the videos for free, but you are not encouraging people to be legit at this price and with these restrictions...

Couldn't do it without my tech savvy granddaughter. Didn't want a membership, only to pay for a single card so had to go through the cancellation process. There should be a clear way to pay for a card. Glad you let me cancel or could have paid $18 for one card!
Jib jab greetings are different and being able to personalise them make it more special... very funny!
The card for my godchild that was to go on August 18, arrived just fine.
The two cards for my son's birthday which I scheduled to arrive on August 21 did not arrive until that evening, thus my title, nervous. I kept wondering and worrying all day whether he would receive them.
Very happy with product and the service of choosing a specific send date.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there were no notifications or emails to me that the card was delivered on specific date and if receiver opened card or not.
I am not good with computers and was hesitant to try this site since a lot of the cards require some computer skills. Even I was able to figure out how to make a card, although it took me a little while to figure it out. And there are enough cards that don't require skills, since they are already made.
I belonged to JibJab once before but cancelled because I felt maybe all my friends and relatives were getting a little tired of receiving them. Plus, I was disappointed that there were not more options in the categories I liked. I figured now a year later, there would be new ones I could send. I particularly like the dance related ones but I see now that so many are songs that I am not familiar with (I'm in my 60's) and they didn't appeal to me, nor would they to my friends and relatives. So, sadly, I'm not sure I will stay with JibJab.
This site was a lot of fun to customize a musical birthday card for my nephew. I will definitely be using JibJab for all my special occasions!
Cards are great to cheer people up!
