I called the help line you provided to inquire about the fact that one of the cards I sent opens with a man's face in the place of one of the faces I input of my family. The card that plays the song, "Tequila" (which is a birthday card I sent to my sister yesterday) has a glitch in the first image. When I first made the card this was not the case (my other sister's face appeared -- whom I had cast in the card), but now it has this man's face. Could you please correct this?

I had difficulty in upgrading my membership online. Clicking on the upgrade symbol on the website had no effect, the page wouldn't open on he upgrading options available.
The product is great but I tried sending the card on email through jibjab and the recipients did not receive it.
Had to then send a separate email with a link which spoiled the surprise.
Need to sort out your email jibjab.
Jibjab.com is my favorite card service. I like personalizing the video e-cards, and I always receive a happy thank you from the recipients. Keep up the clever, creative cards.
I had trouble with the multiple face uploads, couldn't quite figure them out, finally sent a single face email.
It is a pain trying to find the Jib-Jab sent the previous years so one does not repeat the Jib-Jab. It would be nice just to review the recipient info and date without having to click on a past history option.

You have paid a fee for the year and now it asks for another fee of $2.00. Too much and not right.

Second year's membership -- so I knew these were a hit. However, last few times I could not get the mouth to line up for singing. (One of 2 was a problem).
sent it to new Zealand but to date haven't received feedback.
I am really disappointed that there is not more customization available with the movies. I used the "Happy" video for one person, and I wanted to be able to remove the "Happy Birthday" greeting at the end. For generic songs, it should be an option to write in whatever greeting you'd like at the end.
Was able to create a great card that brought back such memories. The only issue was the mouths not lining up, despite positioning according to the guidelines
I love jib jab. I was a member before and I rejoined after a long distance move. My old & new friends both enjoy the cards I send them.
I would like for there to be cleaner dance versions to pick from :)
