I inadvertently subscribed to JibJab. I contacted customer service on a Saturday afternoon and my visa was credited within the hour. Great job!

I really like this fun service, but when I had a problem, they really shone. The customer service was prompt, friendly and even provided an extra special touch of an unexpected refund! Couldn't be happier with JibJab!

I got a jibjab from a friend for holidays greetings, and I laugh a lot. Then I tried with friends', family's, dog's and cat's faces, and everybody felt themselves the dancer, the singer, the performer... great for everyone!

I put in a customer service request through the Jibjab site and within minutes my request was satisfied. The email page suggested that the wait would be a few business days but they not only reviewed my request but actually completed it and replied in a few minutes. It was impressive.

We had an authorised payment taken from our account from a service cancelled 12 months ago. Within 4 days it was investigated and found that my complaint was correct and will be refunded in 24 hours

I have not used my account in years and totally forgot about it until my cc charge came in - I contacted customer support a king for a refund and to close my account. They did both immediately. Great customer support and will certainly use them again in the future if the need arises.

Used Jibjab in our company until selling in 2015. Our clients enjoyed the different seasons we produced jibjab for them. It is a very good tool to connect to your data base at a low price.

I loved using JibJab and can't speak highly enough of the customer support. Not so keen on sitejabber though, minimum 100 character review? Brevity is the soul of wit!

Had joined Jibjab long time ago and lm not computer smart. Had forgotten about it and was in my paypal and seen that they had been taking payments every month for a long time! Well l contacted them to cancel the subscription and they even gave me the Dec. Payment back which they didnt have too. Wtg JibJab..

Unbelieveable service. Way more than I even hoped for. Quick response. Seamless for me for I did not have to go through a lot of red tape and irritation!

I bought the yearly membership but didn't realize it was auto-renew. I love the creative videos and the ease of editing and personalizing them, but I just don't have time his year. I requested a refund and they responded and refunded the same day! Great customer service like this is hard to find.
