Excellent customer service! Associate kept in contact with me, and made sure I knew what I needed to supply to jib jab in order for my account to be cancelled. It wasnt because of the service nor the app that I cancelled.

My family member made one of the jibjab's without my permission. Although it was really cute I couldn't afford it. I emailed Jibjab and they were awesome three money was put right back in my account. Excellent people to work with. Thanks Jibjab

Auto renew suprise

Watch out! 1 year after you engage this company they will auto renew you for $18 and when you go to their site it's obvious that a request refund is up front. They know a percentage of people will simply overlook the charge. Chit holes!

Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed

When my JibJab account wasn't renewed because of an expired credit card, JibJab let me know and I added a current card. Then I asked if they would try on their own to run it or did I have to sign up again. I received a response right away. Although they didn't answer another question in that response, they did get back to me immediately with that answer when I called their attention to it. I like that they didn't let my inquiry slide... they stuck with it until I was satisfied. Good job, JibJab!

Out standing customer support

Jib Jab was fun while I used it, But I'd forgotten about it and didn't realize that and they charged my account again well it turns out that they reversed the charges and ended our relationship as a paying customer but I would highly recommend them they're a lot of fun

Excellent Customer Service

Recently I had to reach out to JibJab customer service to investigate a subscription charge I thought I had cancelled a year prior. This meant it had been two years since I originally signed up and had a hard time remembering what details I put on my subscription. Danielle did a fantastic job of asking me the right questions to find my account. She was very friendly and prompt. JibJab refunded my money and I was grateful for their patience and understanding. Thank you JibJab! I love your product and your service!

I was charged for subscription to another year. I wasn't awae of it and once I got a notification, I cancelled my subscription and requested a refund. I found the way to request it very easily in the site and got an immediate respond. I was impressed from the great service I got! 10x!

I had an issue, mostly of my own making, which resulted in massive confusion for me between PayPal and JibJab! Along with the confusion, I got upset. When I contacted JibJab, their extremely patient and knowledgeable customer service representative led me through the steps I needed to correct the situation, calm my jangled nerves and return me to a happy customer!

I enjoyed browsing your selection of e*cards & customizing one for a special occasion. The fee of $1.50 per card is fair & reasonable, though check to make sure you know about recurring membership charges.
