Not satisfied. It charged me an amount that was not advertised nor specified.

Trial was $1.99 for a month and charged $18.00 and I can't even view it on my phone. I am cancelling my subscription. Not happy.

JibJab, While I have enjoyed membership, the cards are Soo outdated. In this modern data world, surely there are better creations available!

This was my first time trying it -- It was for someone's birthday--Tequila!--and it ws brilliant. Easy, hilarious, and really fun.

When I signed up I thought that would be all I had to pay and then found out i have to pay to download my own file to usb so I can use it POOR SHOW. Please take me off the future renewall payments and delete my private banking details :(

Our friend was having a significant birthday and loved the disco dancing character with the platform shoes & white trousers. He said he was "good, but didn't realise he was that good!"
Made him feel young again and gave family & friends a good chuckle!

I paid to have usage of JibJab and the following day when I tried to log in, I kept receiving a message to say that my email address and password were incorrect. I e-mailed through to the help team at JibJab to tell them of the problem and within just a few hours I received a reply to say they had rectified the matter. I can now log in without any problem. Great service!

They were quick to respond and did not give up until the issue was resolved.

So fun to see and show others, but it isn't the easiest site to manage. I also prefer the older options for adding your heads. You use to be able to form the shape of the face by moving all sides. Now, you can only really zoom in or out, but the shape of the face only forms to the shape they give you. If you have add a long face, you have to fit that into the shape of their frame.

Wanted to cancel a subscription that was placed by mistake. I emailed and had a reply from Jeremiah, who dealt with it very quickly. Can't thank him enough for his help

I had inquired about the lack of what I thought were appropriate childrens cards and Heather was very helpful in making some suggestions.

Because of my inability toi remember my sign in, I wound up with duplicate accounts. JibJab was able to cancel the second account, refund my payment and update my contact and sign in info. Thank You.

Sent a JibJab card to a close friend recovering from surgery and she laughed so hard she thought the stitches would burst! Can't go wrong with a JibJab card!

A great way to share birthday laughs with friends!

Everyone who has seen this had a really good laugh, especially the birthday girl. Keep up the fun in life.

I had a wonderful time finding all the different possibilities. Very easy to use, too.

Superfun! Though, they make you sign up for a year, and i wanted 1 month which is not possible. I see their point of doing that, but still. :)

Enjoyed the variety of choices, and especially the ease of getting the correct picture and position of the picture onto the picture.

I have as much fun picking and creating a card as I do sending them.
And I know my family and friends enjoy receiving them. It's a win-win, everyone ends up smiling with a jib jab card.

It was good, I misread the advertisement and thought it was 1.50 a month but got charged 18$ for the whole year but there's plenty of birthdays and holidays coming up so it's okay :)
