I love JibJab... it's silly and funny and ridiculous... and just exactly what is needed sometimes. I crack myself up with it all the time and love sending laughs to my loved ones because laughter really is the best medicine and I know it creates a bright spot in their day.

Videos don't load properly on any device I've tried they lag and get stuck after the jibjab intro.

I was didn't think there was a good variety of birthday cards to choose from but I did find one that worked. I think the price per year is rather high for the limited selection. The only thing I really did like was the easy set up process. I will give it another chance but if I only find a single card that I feel I'm settling for I will cancel my account.

Much better than forgetting to send a card at the last minute and no more apologies for being late. Gotta love jib jab

Very disappointing to buy 1 year instead of one time download

I really enjoyed making my first JibJab video, found it easy to do, and the recipients just about died laughing. But $18 is a totally ridiculous price for something like this. And it's insulting to be asked to pay a further $1.99 to download a copy of each video.

$18 for a couple of animated cards. Are you serious?

On 3 occasions, the recipient has not received our JibJab video. I receive an email indicating it was sent. They are not in the recipent's spam either. I have had to resend them.

For a paid membership this is too self promoting, very cheezy for me to send a bday card or special day message only to be promoting the site with so much branding. Too much. And novelty quickly wears off because in 10 years they still have same stuff and very little new or hip. Hammer time low res video anyone? Less branding and more videos please for year long use.

Each video was easy to create and send. Family loved them and posted each card on Facebook because they are so humorous!

Combines people's love for humour, music, laughter and need for expression. The music videos are definitely the best! Keep adding new ones!

I attempted to create a card multiple times at which point I was asked to pay... upon processing it would kick me back to beginning screen losing all of my data. Upon putting in my payment method first with Amazon, then credit card it returned me two times to beginning screen. It was really frustrating! I have used JibJab in the past... Not sure what's going on with the site now...

I made a mistake with my subscription and needed to contact customer service for help. They responded right back and helped me resolve my issue. Couldn't ask for more than that.

Great fun and so easy to do. Can't wait to send another!

Can't get money back, so the trial is not an accurate statement. Card made never arrived to recipient. Waste of money!

Worth having a try and will give it another go although can see I may tire of it

Excellent customer service. I loved my video. They were helpful with my concern and responded in record speed to resolve my issue.

I've used Jib-Jab animated videos for a while now and shared all of the animations to friends and family and they loved watching all of them. They have enough variety of old and new music videos and quite entertaining.

Enjoyed the collection of cards and love the quirkiness of them. Let me send my sister two great birthday cards. Will use your site for other occasions in the future.
