After organizing the entire card of five faces, I realized I had to log in- and everything I put together was erased. Even the faces I set up had disappeared, so I had to start from scratch. Wish it would've asked me to log in at the beginning.

I had someone send one to me a year ago and loved it. I sent out birthday singing grams and everyone had a good laugh; Its very east to navigate and the selection of singing songs are great. Keep up the good work.

I had an issue with renewing my annual subscription this season and the JibJab representative provided with me a workable solution to get me back on track. I was very impressed with the quickness to my concern and I'm happily back as a full JibJab member thanks to his assistance.

I could not find good instructions on how to download a file and then put it on my iphone and ipad.
Plus, I'm very disappointed in the trashy videos! You have almost nothing I can send to my grandkids!

Had a small glitch and it was taken care of in just a few minutes by one of the professionals at JibJab through the texting. It was great.

Plenty of ideas to choose. Fun and funny. Easy to do. Highly recommended.

The only down side is the need to find appropriate 'head shots' to load. Also the number of 'really good' videos is limited. So, your limited in 're-sending' someone that you have already sent that video. But, besides that it is a great program and well worth the cost.

Signed up for $1.99 trail and was charged $20 the next day. Bull$#*!! I work for a saas company and get wanting to have paying subscribers. Your never going to have long term retention with your customer with that type of business model. I would like a full refund.

I was VERY disappointed to find out that after spending almost $20 on a membership that you still have to spend $2 ADDITIONAL just to download EACH video.

I've been a member for quite a few years. Always have a great time sharing videos with family and friends. Website is very user friendly. Looking forward to more fun in the future. Thanks!

Horrible experience. Joined up, made a video and scheduled to send for a birthday. It never arrived, despite sending multiple times. I ended up having to download it and send.

I purchased a birthday greeting and sent it and the birthday person didn't receive it. After paying for the greeting and setting it up the site kept taking me back to the same screen

Love the product, but didn't like having to buy an annual premium when i just wanted a single card. Sure, i would saved lots of money if i send multiple cards, but i only wanted to buy one. Would've been nice to be given the choice.

A little hard finding and getting picture of person I wanted to put into the card. Finally did and the result was cute.

I found it fairly straight forward to use the site. The one problem is that while I got an email that it was sent--I had no verification that it was received.
