I have for years sent "electronic cards' to friends and family but now I have found JibJab this has opened a whole new experience for me, my family and friends. No more regular greetings will come from me, so birthdays, anniversaries etc will be remembered long after the card fades into the sunset.

It seems like the offerings haven't changed in a very long time. I picked something that didn't have the animation/photo upload because there wasn't anything new or interesting.

My brother loved his JibJab birthday message. What a fun way to send a message.

I loved the ecards and spent a good amount of time finding the right one for my best friend. Unfortunately she never got it, even though I got a "confirmation" email saying it was sent. Not sure what happened.

The recipient loved the video card. Thrilled infact.

I should have previewed my cards as I didn't get mouths lined up correctly and was a bit challenged re-loading the card.

My son had just got engaged, and this was how I let my family and friends on facebook know.

Easy to navigate. Minutes to create, hours of laughs!

I love using JibJab for ecards. They are always fun and get a nice reaction from my friends and Family. I did have to renew my membership, as I have been a member for a few years, but Let it lapse accidentally.

Hello ~ I had Jib Jab some time ago and left the site to pursue other similar products (e-cards, Smilebox, etc.) - came back recently when Smilebox became swamped (as usual) with technological issues that impact on people using the product. Jib Jab came through with flying colors. Easy to use and not as costly as some of the other products. Look forward to more selections - BUT - glad to be back...

My personalized birthday JibJab ecards were easy to make and so entertaining! I had as much fun making them as my recipients did in viewing them! Thanks for the wealth of creative possibilities in sending JibJab greetings for every occasion, all year long!

Very unclear that there was a yearly subscription fee. When redirected to PayPal there was no mention of the cost at all. I've emailed jibjab about this and had no reply.
Since writing my review they have given me a full refund. Thank you.

Sent video to Father in law on birthday seemed to really enjoy it.

I like it very much, but I think they need more news videos for group faces.

Because of budgetary considerations I had to cancel my yearly subscription. When I called to do so I was pleasantly surprised by the courteous, respectful, understanding and non-combative attitude and manner of the support rep Jeremiah.It's the least I can do to write this positive review.

My JIBJAB was NEVER sent to the intended party! The bill certainly was put into place quickly. PLEASE REFUND IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO SEND MY CARD.

I sent the Sonny & Cher "I Got You Babe" to my daughter and son-in-law for their anniversary... with their faces. They loved it so much they shared it on Face Book. It was so fun creating this card!

Not very computer literate... but managed to work out... without asking for help!
