I have only the best things to say about the JibJab team that helped me with a video clip that I wanted to use for credits in another video. The team was excellent! We already had an account so I only needed to pay for the download but the resolution wasn't what I needed. Heather got me the link to a high res version super fast and we were ready to go. It's perfect. Love using JibJab! Thank you so much!

I had a fun time making the actual video, but I was shown that I could pay for 1 video for $1.50, turns out that I was billed $18 for an annual auto-renewable subscription. That's not fair.

I've been a member on and off for a few years; love the silly cards which are great for any occasion. Keep up the great work!

I signed up with Jibjab so I could send my daughter a ecard on her birthday.
She didn't receive the ecard either in her regular email or her spam mail.
I would like a refund of $18 on my Visa card ending in #8454 ASAP.

Hi all
For the 30th birthday of my son i created a Jabber e-card song/dance and posted it on facebook (on the site of my son and also myself to share with friends). Unfortunately the e-card didn't work on the mobile solutions but only on Windows applications.

I have been on and off this site a few times and there is rarely anything new. For 18 dollars, there should be new stuff every time I log in.

It is easy and instantly rewarding. Once suggestion - make the dances and songs with less than 5 people. Make them so if you only put three in, only three people show up in the dance or song.

Really enjoy making and sending JibJabs, but wish there were a corporate or team account that includes everything including downloads. I have many subscriptions to software as a service, but nothing where every time I turn around their hand is out.

My 80 year old father loved his gift video, as did many family and friends on Facebook. I will definitely continue to re-use JibJab services and recommend it's use by others.

I uploaded all my pictures, entered my credit card information, and still could not get it to upload to Facebook. I created a video for my sister's birthday, and attempted numerous times to post the video, it kept posting the video without my pictures! It's now 4 days later, and I give up. I'm asking you to cancel my subscription to Jibjab for this reason. Thank you, E Rankin / Pennsylvania

I paid 18 dollars for the year. Very funny very cool card making... but since I've paid I can no longer log in... I have email and password but will not log me in. I have emails from jib jab all the time but when I try to reset my password it says email not on file. That's bull$#*!...

Easy to make the jib jab e-card. Wish JibJab would have notified me that it cost money before I made the video.

The little videos are lots of fun. It's a bit difficult to get the 'heads' stored to re-use in additional videos.

I'm 71 years young and I amazed myself and my kids with the fun birthday card I created! Looking forward to creating more-never too old to learn something new.

A friend sent me a card and it arrived a day early. I sent a friend a birthday card in the morning and requested to "send now" and it arrived about 8 hours later.
