Feel scammed

I signed up for the $1.50 a month program and it was not clear to me (probably in fine print) that I was going to pay for a one-year subscription of $18. I feel I got scammed.

"too funny!" I perused some of your cards and thought the above was the one. On the occasion of my brother's birthday, I noticed that an old photo of him had just had uploaded to his Facebook. I merely wished him a Happy Birthday and told I hoped he was feeling good. After a few mistries, I was able to seamlessly insert his head into your card with a perfect result! My comment was about your only being as-young-as-you-Feel-Good, so I think the song title is a natural fit for older people's birthdays. Aside from great dance moves taken for the card's central character (a white James Brown in this case), the modern psychelic backgrounds were great, and the sound-effects accompanying the dance moves were funny and not over-done. Bravo!

Initially I had my card and was ready to pay, but I saw there were preferences and other settings and things to look at. I did not want to have notifications sent to me. But I was unable to get back to where I was, and had to start over a couple times. MAYBE YOUR MEMBER OPTIONS SHOULD INCLUDE A MESSAGE FOR MEMBER TO COMPLETE ORDERING AND RETURN TO MODIFY OPTIONS. On the plus-side, I then ended up taking the time to experiment with different croppings of my original picture of my brother, and found that pretty easy, before sending out my card.

Birthday cards

Love your snarky cards. So many friends enjoy receiving them. Why not add a bunch of non-consequential holidays, like National Pillow Fight Day or Let's all eat Broccoli Day or "Talk like a Pirate Day"?

Fun

I was very happy with the service provided. The only reason that I deduct a star is that I think the way the cost is advertised is deceptive. You cite a low rate on the website, but when I got my credit card bill I realised that I had been charged for a year's use when the advertised rate was just for the month. Even so, I will enjoy using it for the next year - all my friends who saw the finished product were extremely amused.

Everything but the face cuts are fine!

After you changed the way we could cut out faces, it's not THAT fun anymore! Now we look like we all have balloon shaped faces. Why on earth did you do THAT? Besides that, the e-cards and videoes are very funny and cleverly made!

Been a user for 3 years now. Love the membership but they don't come out with many new (especially birthday) videos often. You don't want to send many friends the SAME jib jab birthday card starring the other 5

An issue that JibJab should consider

The video content is the more vital aspect to subscribers to JibJab. When the videos are shared the receivers have to suffer way too much JibJab promotion prior to the opening of the created video... however I realize the advertising associated with the outreach is vital to JibJab to attract new subscribers; I simply think the subscriber deserves higher priority in the overall final presentation of the videos.

Get well selection

Hi, I was pleased with an earlier anniversary talking heads JIBJAB that I sent. However, I was disappointed in the selection of get well cards. Most are for colds and flu. None suitable for operation recovery, injury or painful immobility bouts such as sciatica.
