I had occasion to use the *contact us* option on JibJab with a question last week. I got a response very quickly. It was also very clear and precise.

Have so much fun with the kids and friends making videos and cards etc!
We love this app!

It was my sister's birthday, and I had forgotten to mail her card to her. I went to JibJab, and found the perfect card to personalize for her. She loved it, and shared it with family & friends. I will be using JibJab again in the future.

My wife loved the Celebration video. Didn't like that I had to buy an $18 annual subscription though.

We did this for an office surprise for our monthly social... it was a huge hit. I will be using JibJab for many things in the future.

It was confusing to me the cost to send one card. I ended up being charged $8 US a little high I think but my friend absolutely loved it, so to me it was worth it.

Signed up for a year, so I could get access to all the content only to find out I still had to purchase a video if I wanted to download it. Kinda crappy, but still very cool content.

I had so much fun creating the characters in the Happy video and the mouths moved perfectly. Jib Jab is genius!

I was concerned that my credit card information had been sent to a different email recipient before I was able to recognize that my email address was not updated.

Took a little bit to figure out the web site and how to send.

I got to show off for my grown kids that I can do something cool with technology. Featured 6 of us in the family in the "Happy" birthday video. In order to include 6 I photoshopped faces of two sisters together to make one -fun addition to see that. Birthday girl and whole family loved it!

Used for first time and pleasantly surprised how easy it was to download and insert and edit own picture. Good choice of cards. Well done Jib Jab!

Loved a lot of the cards but can u add a few more nicer ones.

I regret to have bought this big time, I wish I could have my money refunded, just a dumb like me could it buy this

This is quite a site. I like that I can upload a photo into a template to make my own greeting.
I have passed this site on to many other people that saw that posting I created for my husband's birthday. I hope you add more options in the future.

I understand joining in order to share or obtain link to share but just to watch the video is a disappointment.

Actual product and video is great.

I had a problem posting to my Facebook account, the post would go to a previous account that I had shared with my hubby. JibJab solved my problem, I am absolutely thrilled and satisfied with their ability and "persistence" to get to the root of the problem. Every company should have such dedicated employees. Couldn't be happier. Thanks for the good work Team JibJab! Linda D.

JibJab is awesome! I love the videos... Nice selection of songs!

Really enjoyed this shared experience of self deprecation. Will use again and already recommended it to others.
