I had a problem changing an old email address, system would not let me, so contacted support, they were brilliant, handled the problem and not only that, sorted out the two account anomaly and made it into one. Very happy with the result.
I recently purchased the Cake by the Ocean video. Adding my face(s) to the video, it came out great. I posted it on my You Tube and Facebook sites. Both of them removed the video citing copyright violation.
Contacting customer service, I asked for a membership refund of $18.00 plus $1.99 for the video. The responding agent only stated that the membership fee would refunded.
I asked about the $1.99 charge and why JibJab was selling these videos that can't be posted.
No response.

Love this site... nothing else like it and you can't beat the price.
You need more content. More skits based on what businesses or public would need. Like "walking on sunshine" is great for Dog walkers I find a lack of fallow through on the purpose of such limited templates.
The cards I send are well received with much laughter! This is the point after all!

I was having a problem with getting on to the site from my vacation location. JibJab sorted it out for me and I was able to send my Granddaughter a dancing birthday card with her face on it. A great response that will keep me using the site.
Cannot buy one single product, the plan has to be for annual use. This was present whilst setting up Paypal and the final price was not displayed. Very disappointed that I haven't heard anything about a refund when it states within 48 hours. I will never speak good about this brand and I will continue to express it's poor service and shocking business structure. Brands are meant to build trust, not shatter them.

I had so much fun creating the cards. The people that I sent them to love them. They said they had to watch them again and again. They couldn't stop laughing.
Little did I realize that JibJab had both of my email addresses so I was charged twice to sign up. The customer service team got right back to me & all was easily resolved.
My wife and I had to celebrate her birthday by ourselves. No one could come but we emailed to everyone different scenarios and we all had a great time.
Speedy resolution to my query. Hope to use the site again in future.

All great until it is time to add faces. Woo hoo! Get them from Facebook if you are lucky after numerous tries. Would be better if you could access photos from your own photo library and not from Facebook! Very time consuming!

This does happen with copyrighted music - while we do of course obtain the license for the videos, Facebook recognizes the video as copyrighted and removes it. If this happens, there are two options:
1) You can contest it
2) You can share via Facebook, rather than upload the video file itself
If you just share via Facebook, it posts a link/thumbnail to your page rather than the video, and avoids the copyright issues altogether.
