Jibjab is easy to use. Sending funny personalized cards to family, friends and coworker is great fun.

Like the choices available for us and all are a lot of fun!

A little difficult to get the "mouth piece" to stick where I wanted it. It's a fun way to send a card!

I've received too many emails from you and really don't like the automatic renewal thing like Angies List does--it exploits the average unconscious consumer.

Laughed the whole time creating and watching my finished product. Easy to use. Would like to see more create your own videos for anniversaries for other people vs for the couple to one another.

I had the account for one year, my kids loved it. It auto renewed. I called to cancel and it took less the 2 min. My experience with other companys is that it takes to long and by the end you are frustrated and aggravated. Quick and easy! Great experience!

Our family made a JibJab music video and sent it to our son overseas for his birthday. He LOVED it! He said it was so funny to see us "all dressed up" and doing funny things. We enjoyed making it, too. 5 stars

Frustrating. Received constant error messages when I tried to download onto a iPHONE with 64 GB space. Screen froze. Membership video options and ecards are not more exciting than the free options. Contacted you the day I signed up for a refund and have not heard back from you either.

Love this website, although, I feel like I'm becoming addicted to Jib-Jab, I keep finding reasons to send out JABS:-)))

It was fun to explore and create some jibjabs but not really a lot of options and am board of it already.

I have always liked this way to send cards; goofy is GOOD! Also, their customer service is prompt - have never had any hassles with them.

Wanted to do a skit for a special friend one time gig, I made a special request and team over delivered.

I joined up accidentally believe it or not but they were fabulous

This company attempts to charge my credit card daily for an annual fee. Stay away not worth the hassle

I love jibjab, I have my family and friends using it also. I'll continue using jibjab. It's so much fun sending them and watching them. Kudos to jibjab!

I wanted to cancel my subscription and forgot to do so before renewal. When it showed up on my credit card, I contacted them and requested a reversal.
No questions or challenges - quick to respond and ask for feed-back for better customer service. Love the product, just dont use it all the time. Unique and fun way to contact family at times. I'll be back.
