This site is so much fun. I wish they had more choices though.

Instructions easy to follow. Finding face picture a little hard but manageable especially on FB.

I put together cards for my parents and in-laws for Grandparents Day. I wish there would have been a card that incorporated just three individuals, or included more female bodies in multi-gendered groups. Otherwise, it's a fun and insanely easy process.

Playing with this site to create an ecard was fun and the end product was well received

Loved the experience of the JIBJAB and the cards you offer but both of the cards I sent went into the receivers spam folder. That was too bad cuz I had to tell them to look there.:-( I know there probably isn't much you can do about that but have them "un-spam" JIBJAB but with the amount of emails and crap people get everyday they probably won't.
Anyway, overall great stuff!

I was impressed by how quickly the company got back to me and handled my issue.

I use this to send out cute personal birthday and random cards. It's super funny and everyone loves them! I have had no problems and they helped me out when I did have an issue.

Great variety of templates and a very easy UI makes this site a favorite!

The steps connected with the development of the card are not separated well enough and its too easy to have it sent before the greeting is påut in.

Really easy to upload pictures and fit them into the videos. So much more fun than the regular ecards

Frustrating. I could not get past the point of pasting faces onto the characters.

Sending custom cards using your website is not only fun, it is really convenient. I sent my sister a birthday card starring our grandchildren singing "Happy" - she loved it!

As always, the video made with JibJab entertained many! Katy Perry's 'Roar' is no exception, only made funnier with the abnormally large head and easy-to-use facial feature tuning tools.

The cards are very funny and I like having the chance to use just one photo or many for a card.

None of the intended recipients have received their JibJab video clip; as of the time of this writing.

Broaden your selection of action videos with one or two face inserts

I love jib jab but i do have trouble picking up photos from i-photo.
Once i placed pictures on desk top it worked better.

I clicked it to post to Facebook and it did not. I also cannot edit my films after the first time I watch them.

Love the card and cards we have done in past but website required us to give a credit card and now we are paying for 2 memberships. Working with your customer service and if issue is resolved would rate experience 5 stars

I have returned to Jib Jab over the years because of the ease of creating personalized greetings that my friends love to receive and share.
