New boss wanted my team to make a car karaoke video... in our spare time.
Saved the team by using a jib jab instead. No one saw it coming! Too funny!

Much better than in the past - I think some account glitches when reapplying for subscriptions have been ironed out.

Been with Jib jab since sometime in 2011 and over the years I've made and sent some of the funniest videos to friends and family. Had some of the best laughs;-)

I love the JibJabs and everyone who sees them love them, too. The only problem I had was emailing them to people -- half of the time the emails didn't go through even though the site said that they were sent.

Jib jab makes it easy to make fun video's for friends and family.

I have done 2 of them and they are perfect. I am having trouble transferring them to disc.

I was confused on how the image was to be placed on the card, but after several tries I finally got it.

I had used JibJab in the past and loved it. Just recently renewed my account and probably going to close soon - pic for video was very difficult to manipulate and had to try several times to get it to actually work :(

Cumbersome to get photos I want. Frustrated that the Back button wipes out my work.

I will definitely use again. I had forgotten all about my membership since I hadn't used it in a while. So when I saw a charge on my credit card for the membership fee I emailed them immediately. They responded very promptly and resolved the matter just as quickly. They did exactly what I asked them to do and was glad to do it.

Able to create really funny videos of friends and even have my two dogs dancing and singing.

I want my money back. I input credit card info to buy the card not a membership. Creating an account doesn't give you the right to charge me for a years membership. Secondly I was charged for two memberships
