I was dreading the thoughts of having to contact a company on line about something, but working with the people at JibJab, was delightful and they were so nice and professional. I'm glad there's companies like this that changes our experiences and I would definitely recommend them! A

It would be good if you could either pay monthly or pay as you go per product as you have to join to access products, subscription annual though they are very helpful around this. If they could sort this out it would be excellent. Very funny product though and great fun to do. Made everyone laugh out loud! Just sort out payments jibjab.

I am giving it up because I am getting to old now but I have some brilliant times with it recommend it if you want some great fun

The birthday card was very effective and the receiver was very happy with that unfortunately I did not know that a charge would be applied I would have loved to have kept the card for future memoriesit was a big hit

When I had an issue with JibJab, they were quick to respond and very helpful to work with. They were always polite and professional.

Had no problem cancelling membership and auto renewal payment was refunded! They were under no obligation to do so. Customer Service at it's best.

I was notified that I had a charge for Jib Jab. I had forgotten I had joined. I was immediately assisted in a very pleasant manner and was credited the amount.

One day after informing Jib Jab that I could not use the app on my antiquated phone they remedied the issue by refunding the entire subscription payment. This hassle-free, expedited approach, is how every company should respond to their customers. Well done!

We had a charge on our CC that was a renewal error. Heather had to do some digging to find the issue but refunded very quickly. Much appreciated!

Tried it once, it was fun but not something I would use much. Not super tech saavy! Accidentally made a purchase, but all was resolved quickly. In a world where everything is resolved via internet, it went fast, secure and help was super nice. Thx
