JibJab is easy to use, has many options and occasions to choose from. You make everyone look like a pro, and the results are absolutely hilarious. Great site to entertain your family and friends. Try it, You'll love it.

I purchased what I thought was a $1.50 one time card but was billed $18.00 and set up for recurring payments. I contacted customer support and was quickly refunded! LOVE THIS

I used to love JibJab. When I saw the $1.50 for a month offer, I thought I'd try it again. I'm REALLY disappointed- videos cannot be viewed full screen and cards sent have been designed as ADS! I also have realized I've been charged for a full year. Really a bait/switch. You no longer get the great products JibJab offered but you are hooked into paying for a year once you've signed up. Phooey!

There was a charge in my account due to a mistake and I emailed their support team and a day later was taken care of, fast efficient service! Thanks Jibjab!

Was very happy with my JibJab account and used it a lot for the first year. Decided not to renew my subscription and forgot about the automated yearly billing. Contacted Jib Jab and they refunded my pay pal auto payment. The Jib Jab rep was courteous and professional. Received a credit to my pay pal account within 2 days. Thank You.

Very good support, i had problem i bought membership i thought it was one month but paid for one year. So i contacted support they were so helpful and kind, refunded in 2 days! Great support

I really enjoyed using this app, but I had accidentally clicked a year membership vs. The month I wanted, to test the product out more snd see if they came out with different stuff throughout the month be4 I make a commitment. Emailed customer service and had a return reply within 24hrs reporting a full refund. I now signed up for 1 month and really like the service

Love JibJab and the people behind it. They refunded my money no problem. I forgot I had the account and wasn't around to play with it. But, I'll be back someday. Hope they will still be around.
