Great customer support

I signed up a few years ago when my children & I were goofing around making elf yourself videos. Anyway, I actually forgot I had an account with them. It came with a yearly renewal & I was charged for it although I hadn't used it or noticed it coming out of my account in the years passed. Money is tight right now so I was watching my account more closely than usual when I saw the charge. I immediately contacted customer support tp inquire about canceling and possibly a refund. WELL within 24hrs CS emailed me back & gave me a refund. I was shocked that it was such an easy process due to it being my fault that I forgot to cancel. I had prepared myself have to go through hoops to cancel, but surprisingly my experience was much different. I may sign up again at a later date due to the fact that CS was so helpful & diligent!

I used to love JibJab. When I saw the $1.50 for a month offer, I thought I'd try it again. I'm REALLY disappointed- videos cannot be viewed full screen and cards sent have been designed as ADS! I also have realized I've been charged for a full year. Really a bait/switch. You no longer get the great products JibJab offered but you are hooked into paying for a year once you've signed up. Phooey!

Outstanding Customer Service

My wife clicked a button in Facebook to send her sister a funny JibJab birthday card. She didn't read the agreement and was surprised when we received a note indicating that our annual membership had been renewed. I went to the JibJab website and saw their 30 day money back guarantee. Despite the fact that all I knew was the PayPal address and not the username or the email used to sign-up, or the date she signed up. They were able to find my wife's account and happily and quickly refunded the purchase. Talk about fantastic customer service! In this day-and-age that's unheard of. Speaks volumes to me about their customer service - what an awesome company!

Outstanding Customer Service

Was very happy with my JibJab account and used it a lot for the first year. Decided not to renew my subscription and forgot about the automated yearly billing. Contacted Jib Jab and they refunded my pay pal auto payment. The Jib Jab rep was courteous and professional. Received a credit to my pay pal account within 2 days. Thank You.

Jib Jab

Jib Jab was ordered from my phone by a kid that I did not give permission to order, I was so worried that it would be a big hassle to get my account refunded. In a matter of 5 or 10 minutes after I sent the email my account was refunded. Never have I ever had such a great, fast and easy experience with getting an issue resolved as I have been with Jib Jab. Due to that I will be reconsidering in the future when my finances are better about ordering Jib Jab for myself. It has to be a great app to have such a great team to resolve my issue so fast. Thank you Jib Jab.

I really enjoyed using this app, but I had accidentally clicked a year membership vs. The month I wanted, to test the product out more snd see if they came out with different stuff throughout the month be4 I make a commitment. Emailed customer service and had a return reply within 24hrs reporting a full refund. I now signed up for 1 month and really like the service
