JibJab is lots of fun to use. The website is very user friendly and customer service is on point.

I love jib jab but somehow I managed to have 2 accounts due to my error. I contacted them and they refunded my money right away.

So worth it cheaper then buying cards at store and mailing can send many cards and can arrive same day no more belated cards have u priced singing cards n store not much variety wish knew about this site earlier

Worked with tech support can not use the App. Was told update is coming. Been over a week no login no sign on no JibJab

I was very happy with the resolution to my problem. I had been unable to access my account, but Taylar helped me and went beyond what I expected.

I love using JibJab to make cards & video clips. My only wish is that it was easier to line up the mouths. I'm using an iPhone app now but I've always had difficulty doing this even on my PC.

It wasn't that difficult to navigate and use the site. You can make multiple sets of the videos with faces. The trick is getting a decent face shot of the person. Then the videos come out clean. Otherwise, angled shots sometimes have an odd look to the image in the video.

When I'm preparing a Jib Jab card for sending or posting on FB, I have a smile on my face from ear to ear. I love the music, the dances, the characters! There are so many different options. Jib Jab's a great opportunity to send birthday/holiday greetings in a unique way! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE JIB JAB!

I think JibJab is a really awesome site to make someone laugh even on the grayest day. Although, I would love to have a little more options for birthday videos or have more than 5 people's faces. If that is something that could be improved - I believe there would be more customers and more fun for everyone.

I was very impressed with the easy directions and the finished product - it made me look like I was very tech savvy and everyone that I know, knows that is not my forte!

It was simple and fun creating the card and our recipient loved it!

Love the cards but did not find it a user friendly experience because it seemed as though I was forced to subscribe when I did not want to if I wanted to move forward. Had already created my card and wanted to send it but was forced to subscribe.

Absolutely hysterical. Brings me to tears every time I use this app. Love it!

It's fun to share but not happy that most you have to insert faces are certain number and can't change for less or more people. Also you have to pay extra to download your videos.

It's just FUN!, easy site to navigate, uploading pics is a breeze. Would like a few more options for jibjabbing. Especially with more people. (like 6 -8 people, would be great) But over all its been a blast! And everyone I have jib jabbed and sent a video of their family. Have LOVED IT!
