I request and received a refund for an annual renewal that I did not know was in effect. Jibjab was terrific in that they honored my request and did so in a prompt and professional manner. I greatly appreciate it.

I set up JibJab with our 9 year old grandson who I was minding because he was feeling unwell, we had great fun emailing eCards to his mum and dad, brother and other family members. Really cheered him up and we both enjoyed the experience.

Thought I was getting one free funny for my boyfriends birthday ended up with a years subscription for $18 that was not the plan. Have taken it up with PayPal

I subscribed with JibJab many years ago, and I've had nothing but good things to say about it to everyone. It's a fun site. However, times have changed and I just can't afford to subscribe every month, so unfortunately, I had to cancel my subscription. Hopefully things will change, and I can again subscribe and enjoy the website.

I was inadvertently billed for a renewal. I filled out the claim section on Jib Jab (2 minutes) and received my credit back before the end of the day. Excellent job! Thank you very much.

Afford my App. Subscriptions. Jib jab had no problem helping me. They even refunded me for the latest charge. I was a Regional Coach for American Greetings and one of my main training areas was Customer Services. If you don't have that you'll loose your customers. Keep up the good work!

The $18 upfront is definitely worth it for an entire year of fun! Although it states $1.50 that's per month. I wasn't clear so as soon as the email was sent I cancelled as I didn't realize and did not have that money upfront in my account. They responded within a fee minutes and fixed it!

I renewed my JibJab subscription and enjoy the joy it brings to those I include in my posts which is usually to 'family'.

I was charged a renewal subscription fee. I didn't realize I had an automatic payment plan. I emailed JibJab, received a prompt response, and within 24 hours received a reimbursement. I received THREE emails that were extremely positive and kind. What amazing customer service! Wow! Thank you so much, JibJab!

I decided to cancel my subscription and when I asked for a refund I was pleasantly surprised and how quickly the response came and how quickly the refund came once I provided the proper information to the JibJab team! I could not be happier with the results and the turn around time!

It would be more helpful if once the faces were inserted there could be a way to fine tune

I had an accident on my account through Amazon and JibJab, I was contacted back in a few hours and my issue was solved in minutes. Very pleased with the customer service. I will most definitely keep their App on my phone for future use. Again thank you.
