I was disappointed that the video would not display on the recipients iPhone. This greatly reduces the attractiveness and usefulness of JibJab.

Still have info from years ago, won't let me sign in with new account, can't find phone number to actually talk to someone about it.

Upon problems with logging on, an email was sent to customer services. A very prompt reply was sent with technical support which resulted in a positive outcome.
